How it works

  1. Request access. Manual approval. Work email only.
  2. There is no open roster. People stay private until they opt in. Once they do, you see banded ranges, research areas and seniority, never a name, email or current employer.
  3. Pitch with a stated comp band. One credit per pitch.
  4. Accepting reveals the candidate's name and email to you. Decline never does. Decline does not refund.

Discretion

  • • When profiles open, people will be able to block your company. You won't see anyone who did.
  • • When browse opens, a search that matches too few people shows not enough profiles. That is on purpose.
  • • Stated comp band on every pitch.
  • • Structured pitches only. No free-form spam.

Pricing

$250 per pitch credit. Pilot minimum: 10 credits ($2,500).
Decline does not refund. Prevents identity fishing.
